How it works

  1. Connect your Slack workspace to Cyborg.
  2. Link a Slack channel to a Cyborg channel.
  3. Customer messages mirror in; you — or an AI agent — reply, and it posts straight back to Slack.

Add Cyborg to Slack

You connect Slack from inside the Cyborg app after signing in, so the connection is tied to your workspace. Start the install below — it takes you to Cyborg, where you sign in and authorize Slack for your workspace.

Add to Slack

This button opens the Cyborg app, where you sign in and connect Slack. The OAuth authorization is started from inside your workspace, so the integration belongs to the right team.

Install instructions

  1. Sign in to Cyborg at app.cyborg7.com.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack and click Connect.
  3. Authorize the app for your Slack workspace.
  4. Invite the Cyborg bot to a shared customer channel (type /invite @Cyborg in the channel) and link it to a Cyborg channel.
