Connect ClickUp

Let a cybo read, create, and update ClickUp tasks — connect the ClickUp toolkit and grant it.

Connecting ClickUp lets a cybo manage tasks in your Spaces — create tasks from a chat, update status, add comments, or report on a list.

Before you start

• Composio is connected (it brokers the ClickUp OAuth).
• You can sign in to your ClickUp workspace.

Connect your ClickUp

1. Open Settings → Integrations and find ClickUp.
2. Click Connect.
3. Choose the identity:
   • Personal — the cybo acts as you in ClickUp.
   • Shared workspace account (admin) — a shared identity, required for scheduled/unattended runs.
4. In the ClickUp popup, pick the Workspace to authorize, review the scopes, and approve.
5. ClickUp shows Connected in Cyborg7.

Grant ClickUp to a cybo

1. Open the cybo's Settings → Tools.
2. Enable ClickUp. Optionally restrict to actions like create task, update task, add comment.
3. Set an approval policy for write actions.
4. Save.

Try it

Ask the cybo @ops create a ClickUp task in "Sprint 12": ship the docs MCP tool, then approve the create action if prompted.

Troubleshooting

• "Team/Space not found" — you authorized a different ClickUp workspace than the one holding the Space; reconnect and pick the right workspace.
• Can't set a custom status — the status doesn't exist in that List's workflow.
• Permission denied — the connected ClickUp account lacks access to the Space or List.
