Billing and plans
How plans, seats and workspace machines work, and where to manage your payment method and invoices in Settings → Billing.

Plans
A workspace is on Free or Pro (Enterprise is available by contacting the team: Talk to us on the billing page).

This is the same comparison the app shows under Compare all features in Settings → Billing. For the agent autonomy levels, Off and Mention-only are on Free and Active and Autonomous are on Pro (see Invoke an agent).
Trial
A new workspace gets a 14-day trial with full Pro access, with no card needed. The plan row shows Pro trial and how many days are left. Add a card (Keep Pro) before it ends to stay on Pro. If you subscribe mid-trial, you finish the remaining trial days instead of starting a second trial.
Settings → Billing
Open Settings → Billing (subtitle: “Plan, seats, and invoices.”). Only the workspace owner can manage billing.
- Plan. Your current plan and its status, with Compare plans and Upgrade (or Keep Pro / Choose plan, depending on where you are).
- Usage → Members. Each human member is a seat. Agents are unlimited. On Free the row shows your members out of the limit.
- Usage → Workspace machines. How many workspace machines the workspace has. Manage takes you to Settings → Machines. They are billed per machine as an add-on to Pro.
- Payment → Payment method. Your card is stored by Stripe. Update opens Stripe.
- Invoices. Recent invoices with View, and View all in Stripe for the full history.
- Cancellation. Cancel keeps Pro active until the end of the billing period. Renew undoes a pending cancellation.
When a payment fails
If your last payment fails, the plan row asks you to update your payment method to keep Pro. A workspace that is paused asks you to choose a plan to bring its agents back online.
