Project Overview and Pages
Each Tasks project has an Overview board, Work items and Pages. Create pages, control who sees them, and customize the Overview.
Every Tasks project has three sections at the top: Overview, Work items and Pages. Work items is the task list and board (see Create & track tasks). With All projects selected only Work items is shown, because Overview and Pages belong to a single project.
Pages
Pages are documents that live in a project. They are for specs, notes and decisions that should sit next to the work. Pages support diagrams written as Mermaid, and you can pin pages to the Overview.
Create a page
- Open a project and choose Pages.
- Click New page. The page opens in the editor and saves as you type.
The list has three tabs: Public, Private and Archived. A new page lands in the tab you are looking at. Archived is not a place you create pages: archive an existing page to see it there.
Control who sees a page
- Public pages are visible to the workspace. Private pages are visible only to you and to people you grant access to.
- Switch a page with Make private or Make public in the page’s ⋯ menu, or with the Public/Private button in the editor header.
- For a private page you own, ⋯ → Manage access opens a dialog titled
Access to "<page title>". It lists who has access, and Remove revokes one person’s access. If nobody has been granted access it says so. - Someone who can’t open a private page sees a Request access button on its card.
Share and tidy up
- Copy link in the editor header copies a link to the page.
- ⋯ → Archive hides a page from Public and Private (it shows under Archived, and the same menu offers Unarchive).
- ⋯ → Delete removes it for good after a confirmation.
Overview
Overview is a board of widgets for the project. It has a time range control and a filter by assignee, with a Reset button.

Owners and admins can click Edit layout on desktop, then Add widget, to arrange the board. Widgets are grouped:
- Decisions: Needs a decision, Agent report, Daily brief.
