Invite people

Only workspace owners and admins can invite people. Members who want someone added can ask an admin (see below).

Send invites

1. Open the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar and choose Invite Humans. (The Invite button on People and on Settings → Members opens the same dialog, titled Invite people.)
2. In To, type an email and press Enter. Paste a list to add many.
3. Pick a Role: Member (posts), Viewer (read-only) or Admin (manages the workspace).
4. Optionally use Add to channels to choose channels the new person joins straight away.
5. Click Send invite (or Send N invites).

Email invites work for 7 days.

Share an invite link instead

In the same dialog, under or share an invite link, click Create invite link, then Copy. Anyone with the link joins with the role you picked. Links expire 24 hours after they’re created; Reset link issues a fresh one and retires the old one. A link opens /invite/<token> and takes the person into the workspace.

Manage pending invitations

Settings → Members lists Pending invitations with the role and who invited them. For each one you can copy its link, Resend invitation (this resets the expiry), or Cancel invitation. Use Resend all pending invitations to nudge everyone at once.

Approve requests

Settings → Members also shows Pending requests to admins and owners:

• Invite requests. A member who is not an admin clicks Request an invite on People. The request reads <name> asked to invite <email>.
• Join requests. These come from the Company email domain setting. Claim your domain there, then choose how people with that email join: Invite only, Request to join (new signups request access and an admin approves) or Anyone can join (any signup with that domain joins instantly).

Use Approve or Decline on each request.

Roles

Owner, admin, member and viewer. Change a person’s role from the role menu next to their name in Settings → Members (only the owner can change roles).
